In order to achieve the highest levels of safety and health for our workers, the Management of the Center for Applied Chemistry and Biotechnology (CQAB) establishes the following principles:

  1. Continuously improve our processes and working conditions so that no task is performed without the necessary safety measures to ensure adequate protection of workers.
  2. Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements that the company subscribes to in terms of occupational risk prevention.
  3. Ensure that our employees and subcontracted personnel are aware of the occupational risk prevention policy and are trained accordingly.
  4. Inform and train workers about the risks inherent to their work, as well as the means and measures to be adopted for their prevention.
  5. Respond to any requests for information on occupational risk prevention from any interested party and make our commitment public through this policy.
  6. Promote and establish the necessary means for the communication of deficiencies and/or improvement suggestions to be analyzed and, if possible, implemented.
  7. To achieve the set objectives, the CQAB Management assumes responsibility for establishing an Occupational Risk Prevention Management System based on the UNE EN ISO 45001 standard and performing self-controls.
  8. The principles of this policy will be used as a reference framework for the establishment and periodic review of objectives and goals.
  9. The Management requires all personnel to responsibly and positively comply with the principles set forth herein, participating in the achievement of the objectives.
